Develop and implement Human Resources policies, procedures and programmes in line with company's overall corporate strategy & business plans; and changing & evolving of market trends and employees’ needs.
- Ensure on-going compliant & statutory regulations affecting HR policies & guidelines according to the Malaysian Labor Law.
- Conduct non-management employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities
- Assist in non-management year-end bonus & increment appraisal to HODs.
- Maintenance of employee database and ensuring the data in the system is up-to-date.
- Prepare the Monthly Headcounts Report and all related reports
- Prepare mid-month & month-end payroll for Non-Management (from Supervisors level and below).
- Responsible for timely processing of Non-Management payroll activities (mid-month & monthly payroll process, reports, yearly EA form) and liaise with government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.
- Responsible to liaise with non-management workers & any related department in regards of any payroll matters.
- Communicate and distribute resumes to the respective Hiring Manager(s) for consideration.
- Responsible for arranging interview & conducting the interview up to Supervisors level, together with the Hiring Manager(s).
- Application and follow up on all training courses for HRDF claims.
- Distribute training programs to respective department and keep all HODs informed of the updated trainings that are available.
- Assist training requestor in registration and payment for the selected training.
- Attends to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance, if necessary.
- Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.

Organizes company events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
