n your new role you will: T
- o Liase with Senior Project Director to clarify and resolve various engineering and construction issues to ensure the project technical compliance. T
- o lead QAQC during project execution. T
- o manage overall project schedule and meeting specified milestones. T
- o ensure the project site safety with accordance and specified EHS compliance. T
- o oversee and coordinate all engineering, construction, Testing & Commissioning, hand-over & punch list jointly with systems owners & contractors.

- roject Management certification will be an advantage. R
- isk assessment & Risk control. A
- bility to understand and solve complex instabilities in FM operations. P
- rofound leadership of diverse teams within projects and line organization. A
- nticipates and pro-actively manages change while ensuring buy-in for change and is able to deal with ambiguity. B
- uilds team structure based on diversity of thought, skills and personalities to maximize capabilities & outcome.
