**Primary Objective**:

- Manage RHBPF-iPrivate Mailbox for RHB Staff Application
- Attend enquiries & request on pensioner account conversion
- Checking Pensioner Document sent to KWAP / JPA / JHEV under Activate
- Retrieve & Checking Pensioner Document sent to KWAP / JPA / JHEV under FLASH
- Submission of Pensioner Document to KWAP / JPA / JHEV
- Sent SMS Akad for PF-I Private via Sedania System (RHB Staff Application)
- Sent SMS Akad for PF-I Pensioner via Flash System for successful pension conversion (KWAP/JPA & JHEV)
- Account Creation for PF - I Private via BDS System
- Managing Cancellation PF-i Application via FLASH System
- Managing Manual Acceptance PF-i Application via FLASH System
- Attending all request and complaint in accordance to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Any task assigned from time to time by the management.

**Task**
- Manage RHBPF-iPrivate Mailbox for RHB Staff ApplicationData Maintenance Via Activate

To attend RHBPF-iPrivate Mailbox on disbursement, incomplete documents, salary confirmation, print documents and enquiries related to Pensioner Conversion
- Attend enquiries on completion of account conversion

Attend enquiries on completion of account conversion to RHB by JPA/JHEV and SMS AQAD
- Pensioner Document sent to KWAP / JPA / JHEV under Activate

100% accuracy & to ensure completed Pensioner Document sent to JPA (Putrajaya) / JHEV (Maju Junction) i.e. checking Pensioner account number, checking RHB account no. is active, IC & related document provided
- Pensioner Document sent to KWAP / JPA / JHEV under FLASH

100% accuracy & to ensure completed Pensioner Document to be sent to JPA (Putrajaya) / JHEV (Maju Junction) i.e. checking Pensioner account number, checking RHB account no. is active, IC & related document provided

Aqad will be performed once conversion successfully performed by KWAP/JPA/JHEV to RHB Saving / Current account.
- Submission of Pensioner Document to KWAP / JPA / JHEV

95% Submission of Pensioner Document to JPA (Putrajaya) / JHEV (Maju Junction) within agreed Service Level Agreement ( once a week)
- SMS Akad for PF-I Private via Sedania System (RHB Staff Application)

100% accuracy and no rework of Personal Financing - Islamic Private (Sedania System - SMS Akad)
- Account Creation for PF - I Private via BDS System

100% accuracy and no rework of Personal Financing - I Private (Account Creation via BDS System)
- Managing Cancellation PF-i Application via FLASH System

Cancellation for PF-i Application is a request from branches or agent due to wrong info being captured e.g. customer’s contact number.
- Managing Manual Acceptance PF-i Application via FLASH System

Manual Acceptance for PF-i is a request from branches due to wrong hand phone number being captured and therefore customer unable to receive SMS AKAD via FLASH system. Hence, Branch have to get consent from PF Business department for approval to submit manual acceptance to affected customer. Once approval has been received, branch will require the customer to read and duly sign the letter of manual acceptance.

**Service Level Achievements**
- Attending all request and complaint in accordance to Service Level Agreement (SLA)

**Formal Education**:

- Degree or Diploma holder
