BHD. seeks a MILLING MACHINIST EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s development. - Set up, program and control milling machines, designed to cut excess material from metal workpieces using a computer-controlled rotary-cutting, milling cutter. - Prepare and operate milling machine to understand and perform tasks by calculating and setting controls to regulate machining factors. - Ensure Milling machines processes and changes adhere to all procedural requirements in order to meet client’s required quality, cost and delivery lead time. - Read blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications and job orders to determine dimensions, tolerance, and tooling requirements. - Prepare 2D/3D Programme Using Master CAM and transfer the data to machine. - Help to design and test our planned upcoming projects with adapting multiple versions of their products and precision design must be persistent. - Reviews 3D CAD design blueprints & translates instructions into a computer automated manufacturing (CAM) program. - Identify problems before production runs, then start and observe machine operation to detect any other malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions and adjust machine controls or control media as required - Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result. - Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality and to maintain optimal production condition and maintain its logs and documents. - Operating and maintaining machine for production and completing assignment with both quality and quantity guaranteed. - Continue to grow lean knowledge and use the machines and tools to identify and assist with continuous improvement.
