- Analyze and discuss with the teams about the specifications of the mold.
- Different plastic mold assembly and trial run in Plastic Injection M/C.- Control fitting tolerance in 0.01mm.
- Do testing in Plastic Injection Machine to obtain approval sample before start production.
Make research on reverse engineering with sample given by the customer.
- Making the "Mould" as well as to test the specifications for each component part.
- As an advisor to design a mold including raw material.
- To do machining process like Milling, Lathe, Grinding & do the mould assembly.
