Your duties consist of, but not limited to the following: - 1. To supervise, coordinate and keep track of all projects assigned and prepare reports accordingly. 2. To report to Project Manager on project matters. 3. To provide weekly progress report to Project Manager. 4. To attend, on request, all technical meetings for the purpose of discussing job progress and problem at site. 5. To liaise and work closely with Main-contractors, Consultants, Architects, Subcontractors and other key people involved in the project. 6. To record all work carried out and report quality and productivity shortfalls. 7. To advise Purchasing Department on material and/or equipment delivery matters. 8. To monitor sub-contractors and own workers on their work progress in accordance to Main-Contractor work programme. 9. To assist in estimating work done percentage for monthly project claim and job report. 10. To coordinate project handover activities and defect rectification status.
To provide professional services in Fire Protection industry, including design, installation and maintenance services for plants, factories, schools, hotels, etc.
