**Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll Administration**:_

Manage and oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime payments.

Coordinate with finance department for payroll processing and budgeting.

Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.

Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

**HR General Tasks**:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.

Manage employee records, including maintaining HRIS databases and personnel files.

Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate onboarding processes.

Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.

Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.

Monitor and track employee attendance and leave balances.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
- **Employee Relations**:_

Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and concerns.

Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Promote a positive work culture and foster employee engagement initiatives.

**Recruitment and Selection**:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Conduct reference checks and make hiring recommendations.

Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- **Performance Management**:_

Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

Provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices.

Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programs.

Recognize and reward employee achievements and contributions.
- **Requirements**:_

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with expertise in payroll administration.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
