Scheduling, timekeeping, mid and end of season appraisals, - Monitor daily supervision of front of house staff, - Oversee the day-to-day running of cafes operations, - Responsible for cash handling, maintain accuracy of Cash collections for opening and closing. - Monitor daily expenses and revenues and ordering supplies like coffee, milk and snacks, as needed.. - Handle customer complains and solve problems
We are a Traditional Cafe located in Taman Pelangi Indah which selling traditional local foods and coffee, tea.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
