**Requirements**
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field; training will be provided.
- Proficient in spoken **Mandarin,** and English
- Positive thinker with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated work ethic, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to the job.
- Ability to work both independently, lead the team and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Computer literate, particularly in MS Office - Word, Excel.
- Owns a transport vehicle and is willing to work in Pandan Indah.
- Working hours:

- Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm
- Saturday: 8am - 1pm

Responsibility
- Supervise and manage Inbound and Outbound, day to day activities in the warehouse.
- Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and efficiency.
- Execute strategy to increase operation efficiency and cost reduction
- Implement and enforce safety and security measures within the warehouse.
- Create and update workflow and SOP of warehouse operation
- Oversee the daily administrative activities, including reporting, incoming and outgoing shipments, and stock control.
- Perform general office duties, issuing, receipt, and filing of daily documentation.
- Monitor and track the movement of stock on a daily basis.
- Monitoring Inventory by using company systems, ensure real time update
- Monitor and prepare Warehouse KPIs reports
- Collaborate and Undertake ad-hoc assignments with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
