Junior Data Analyst

1. Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data periodical (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.).

2. Monitoring sales activity such as but not limited to; products display, first in first out items, expiry date, promotion, invoice, purchase order, delivery order, credit note, debit note, be part of problem solving etc.

3. Ability to approach problems logically and make informed decisions based on the data and coming up with solutions to business problems.

4. Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.

5. Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, market trends, product range sales, cost and selling price.

6. Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.

7. Monitoring sales team attendance, evaluating sales performance and KPIs setting.

8. Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.

9. Determining sales potential and making recommendations.

10. Collaborating with other departments or teams understanding their needs, and providing them with relevant data insights.

11. Assist in maintaining data systems and databases; this includes fixing other data-related problems.

12. Generally assisting on the company operational matters.

13. Other activities related to business analyzing and process.

14. To attend to other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
