Technical Draughtsman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production of concept plans, elevations and detail drawings using Autocad for Structure, Architecture, Interiors, FF&E layouts, finish plans, architectural detailing, second fix lighting.
- Production of detailed technical drawing packages for interior fit out and exhibition stand manufacture.
- Production of detailed custom made joinery (CMJ) drawings
- Site visits, survey and preparation of As Built drawings.
- Ability to turn concept models in sketch up into technical drawings in CAD.
- Completion of basic design BOQ, materials specifications and calculation of quantities using autocount plug in and manual calculation.
- Preparation of Schedules.
- Briefing of Estimating and Production teams for preparation of all costings and manufacture.
- Completion of all necessary paperwork and following ARENA Standard Operating Procedures.
