ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks including co-ordination of office setup and handling of company errands.

Assist in the preparation of meetings, appointments, reports, Power Points presentation slides, paper works and tracking. Write and issue accurate minutes for meetings.

Maintain proper filing system and record-keeping of information.

Handling travel and accommodation arrangement i.e., flights, hotel reservations, and others, Provide support to Director for all areas including secretarial duties, personal admin and confidential matters

To coordinate and maintain Director schedules/calendar, to arrange appointments, meetings (internal and external)

Ensure effective appointments and time management to achieve a smooth flow of Director’s schedules.

Exercise good judgements in managing priorities, response to inquiries and workflow.

Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.

To prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documents.

Any others duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of company business.

Other tasks as assigned by the superior/management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
At least 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or related field

Can work independently and able to work under dateline

Can speak and write English and Bahasa Cina (mandatory)

Purchasing experience as the added advantage.

**Requirements**:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required.

Fluency in English ,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.

Applicants must be willing to work at Serdang Perdana, Seri Kembangan.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
