IT Support

**Responsibilities**

**1.) Desktop Support Services**

a. Helping client to purchase new computer machine, provide support maintenance services to current computer

**2.) Other Hardware Support Services**

a. Provide support services and maintenance to other office equipment, Including printers, projectors, access control, CCTV system, routers and switches, etc., other production equipment is solved according to technical resources provided by clients or suppliers.

**3.) Software Support Services**

b. Training will be provided by client. Only pass the training will granted access to onsite support task.

**4.) Daily Operation**

a. Provide daily inspection and operation checking. Mainly is basic IT infrastructure and environmental inspection.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT Support: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- English, Malay (preferred)
