1. Responsible for High Voltage electrical equipment including operating, maintaining and troubleshooting switchgear, transformer and other related system of the building.
2. Responsible to lead, supervise technicians to carry out daily maintenance and troubleshooting of building services.
3. Conduct inspection on building facilities and act as Emergency Preparedness Coordinator.
4. To carry out corrective, schedule and preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment.
5. Maintain proper records of equipment operating and inventory list of critical electrical and compenent.
6. To supervise and ensure all electrical installations are installed according to the regulations set by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
7. To supervise job performed by electrical contractors.
8. Involve in energy management activities.
9. Perform any other job functions that may be assigned by the Superior.

**Requirement**
1. Possess at lease a BO Chargeman Certificate (HT) from Jabatan Bekalan Electrik (JBE) or Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience as Chargeman in Property/ Building Management / Building Maintenance industry.
3. Knowledge in Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulation, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineer (IEEE) Regulations.
4. Highly motivated with positive attitude and self-driven.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
