**We are looking for** a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in:

- To be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our products/services and grow our online presence.
- Record and shoot content during events, initiate and support our overall media engagements.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and e-commerce.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads/sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, content, sales) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing best practices, tools, and technologies, and recommend new strategies to enhance campaign performance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
