This position needs to perform all the administrative task and support Depot Head for overall depot activities.
- To perform all administrative duties at Kuching Depot
- To assist the Depot Head on overall parts operation at Kuching Depot
- To perform monthly cycle count and stock take to ensure the stock quantity is correct and no damage found
- To handle staff welfare taken off.
- To assist Depot Head in ensuring a good relationship with Tan Chong Express After-Sales (Nissan Service Centre) and ASD by solving any issues arise.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years working experience in Administrative role
- Having car spare part knowledge is and advantage

Working hours: 5.5 Working days
