**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate, supervise, and effectively schedule assigned staff and their day-to-day work activities to ensure operational goals and objectives are met.
- Responsible to maintain product quality and freshness and to ensures all products are in date.
- Checking the status and freshness of the seafood/ vegetables/ fruits during incoming for air-flown items.
- Assist in daily logistic arrangements.
- Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating inventory records and work processes.
- Responsible for monthly cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices to the actual product received.
- Ensure the quality of all products received and secure properly in appropriate storage areas.
- Monitoring the inventory of the packaging material and re-ordered upon obtaining approval from the superior.
- Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment as per Department QA standards.
- Ensure all reports and records are accurate, complete, and retained following Company policy.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in local frozen and fresh food supplies.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Able to work at odd hours if needed
- Previous experience in Food/ FMCG industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
