**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for supplier nonconformance quarantine areas and material review process
- Communicates quality complaints and manages Supplier Corrective Action process (SQORE)
- Responsible for supplier nonconformance quarantine areas and material review process

- Works with Quality Technician in receiving inspection process
- Plans and ensures internal and process audits are performed
- All ISO Documentation to be updated regularly.
- Alias with EXTERNAL Auditors for ISO Certification
- Ensures effective and timely closure of audit findings
- Assists in the ISO 9001 certification maintenance program
- Oversee and enter all information into ISO computer database (Word, Excel, Access, information)
- Oversee the Engage Calibration database adding new equipment, deleting broken pieces
- In response to customer requirements, research and recommend to the Government the best resources and locations for providing iso immersion training courses
- Collect, analyze and provide the Government student feedback on courses, in order to identify possible areas requiring change/improvement (content, instructors, and delivery methodologies)
- Collect and provide the Government instructor feedback about the students and course content, in order to identify possible areas requiring change/improvement (content and delivery techniques)
- Works with purchasing in selecting and auditing vendors or subcontractors
- Maintain approved suppliers list and all related supplier documentation
- Manages and supports supplier PPAP process**Benefits**:
