- Summary
- To acquire and responsible for *Sales Deposit for SME segment in particular and investment products.
- To garner new SME accounts for the bank as well as to grow the existing SME account to met the GROWTH Target set by the management

**Responsibilities**:

- To meet target/KPI mainly for Non-Individual and Individual Deposit (CASATIA & Non CASATIA).
- To develop and execute business plan for Deposit Business, acquiring plan for new SME accounts, etc.
- To build and maintain relationship with customers.
- Monitor the performance of SME products, the impact of; sales, marketing promotional programs strategies
- To assist branches for any queries related to SME deposit business.
- To handle customer complaints and queries.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
- Years of Experience- At least 3-5 years experience.
- Must have good understanding of Cash Management, Deposit and Investment products.
- Specific Skills/Knowledge and Certification Required- Knowledgeable in Deposit product and Cash Management solutions
- Possess strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Possess strong selling skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Self -motivated with high perseverance and has a strong drive for results
