Coordinate East Malaysia Brunei (EMB) and Export orders between Sales, Customer, Warehouse and Finance.
- Receive and key in EMB and Export orders into the SAP system.
- Plan with Warehouse to arrange containers to pull in and load as per schedule to reduce space congestion at the container yard.
- Follow up and assure shipment arrived at customer's port as planned.
- Submit shipping documents for every export shipment and customs clearance.
- Coordinate with Finance for Credit Note, follow up on any customer complaints due to late, Stock Keeping Unit dispute, damage, shortage and etc.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM. Studied in Shipping or Logistics or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SAP, handling Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
- Experience in Import/Export, custom clearance declaration.
- Experience in preparing Certificate Of Origin (COO), Shipping Instruction, Form D, MITI, etc.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
