Mall Leasing Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Reports to the Mall GM Operations with specific responsibilities for the leasing, marketing and lease management activities of the Silverlakes Village Outlet shopping mall:
1. Assist in preparation of reports to advise clients on the concept, positioning, layout, design and specifications of the Mall.

2. Prospect for new business opportunities, develop relationships with key clients.

3. Help in preparing fit-out manuals and advice on detailed requirements of specific users.

4. Conduct marketing sales calls / site viewings and presentations.

5. Planning and implementing the tenancy mix in a retail mall.

6. Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management.

7. Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants and to initiate necessary action to recover any arrears.

8. Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in retail mall leasing.
- Well known in Microsoft office excel, word & power point.
- Able to work under tight deadlines, resourceful and discipline.
- Good written and spoken in English. Able to communicate in multi-languages will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

- Batu Gajah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- retail mall leasing: 2 years (required)
