STARS International School is an academically driven institution with years of an outstanding record of high performance. We are looking for qualified and driven individuals with experience as an Islamic Studies Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree with a teaching qualification/PGCE/Diploma in Education or its equivalent.
- Minimum one year’s experience as an Islamic Studies Teacher.
- Applicant should be an energetic, creative and progressive-minded teaching professional with a strong drive to achieve excellence.
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with fluency in written and spoken Malay and English is essential.
- Prepare class learning materials, lesson plans and schemes of work.
- Conduct level assessments for new students.
- Keep and submit students’ progress and attendance reports.
- Prepare and conduct assignments, quizzes, assessments, tests, and examinations.
- Mark and assess students’ assignments, tests and examination scripts.
- Do relief teaching when necessary.
- Participate in special school events.
