Responsibility
- Have knowledge of the hotel product, including unit type, rates, relatives features and facilities.
- To ensure company vehicle (Shuttle Van) always in good condition and update the service mileage consistently.
- Aware of guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a most helpful, prompt and attentive manner.
- Ensure every guest is warmly met, greeted with friendly smile.
- Provide efficient and prompt services for delivery, collection and storage of guest luggage.
- Maintain an effective communication and coordination with reception with regards to shuttle booking and prepare for shuttle pick up.
- Multitasking and able to assist reception when require assistance during peak hour.
- Maintain and update the guest service informative directory, relating to concierge service, i.e: shuttle, attractions, hire car/taxi, local tourism event and activities.
- Perform common duties as may be assigned by management.
- **Requirement**:

- Required skill(s): good communication, familiar with local area route, basic computer skills.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Puteri Harbour.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
