We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador Service. The Brand Ambassador will play a crucial role in maintaining records of staff's track records, tracking target challenges, managing merchandise inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and fulfilling merchandise orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of staff's performance metrics, including sales targets, achievements, and challenges.
- Manage merchandise inventory, including receiving, organizing, and updating stock levels.
- Fulfill merchandise orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide regular reports on merchandise inventory, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Assist GM on adhoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Malay and English
