**Position**:Document Checker

**Location**:Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur (Nearby MRT TRX station)

**Employment Type**:12 months contract under the payroll of the Client

**Working Days/ Hours**: Monday till Friday/8.30am till 5.30pm

**Salary**: Up to RM3,200 based on related experiences (package to be advised by Prudential upon management's approval)

- Perform checks on Insurance documentation for New Business after ALs have approved the proposals.
- Respond to outbound telephone calls, identify, meet and exceed caller’s expectations in a timely manner. Provide an excellent customer service experience consistently and giving the accurate response in accordance with agreed service standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the continual improvement of processes to deliver pre and post-transaction survey call outcome.
- Adhere and prepare any statistics information required by the Management in relation to Call Logging activities**.**:

- Other related tasks as and when is required by the business.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in document checking in a financial industry preferably.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- **Do not have any credit issues with the banks/ financial institutions.**
