**Compliance;**
- Lead for arrangements for meeting regulatory obligations in accordance with the conditions issued by the relevant regulatory (ISO, CQM, Issuers Audit, PAYNET, Others Scheme).
- Provide closures and complete audit work papers and documentation by documenting audit tests and findings.
- Identifying/Anticipating and/or managing all audit issues otherwise likely to cause an adverse effect to the division.
- Investigation of all irregularities which are normally those issues threatening the integrity of delivery, assessment and awarding systems for qualifications including adverse effects, and cases of malpractice and maladministration.
- Ensure timely notification and reporting to the Responsible Engineer.
- To support and advise all department managers in all issues relating to audit, quality and compliance.
- Managing those internal audits as may be agreed with the Responsible Engineer and Directors.
- Governance the Internal Audit Procedure
- Governance the Risk Assessment Procedure
- Governance the Incident Report Procedure
- Governance the Problem Management Procedure

**Process Stability;**
- Maintaining all manufacturing process manuals.
- Develop that all Work Instruction, Process Flow, SOPs and quality control plans for operation are completed and checked.
- Provide continuous development in process requirements of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities.
- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer (e.g., OJT).
- Ensure that non-conforming product is dealt with based on Project/Production advice within a timely matter according to applicable procedures.
- Monitor stability of production process via follow up and daily analysis of quality date from upstream processes/ plating/ final inspection so as to determine effectiveness of corrective actions.

**New Product;**
- Liaise with Project Team & Production Team for implementation of new product and all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.
- Lead new process implementation and process characterization on new product.
- Providing company premised results for all new process/product introduced to sites prior high-volume production phase. These premises are generally yields, quality, costs and throughput.
- Manage in process development, inclusive of process/product characterization, qualification and production pilot runs and volume ramp.

**Process Improvement;**
- Lead new process implementation in operation side.
- Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
- Process SPC/Yield improvement.
- Identify, quantify, analyse and develop improvement plans and modifications in area(s) of responsibility.

**Quality Management System (QMS);**
- Assure plant implementation and compliance to ISO 9001:2015, internal and external customer as required in the respective areas.
- Represent of ISO 9001:2015 and ESH associate.
- Continuous monitoring of local QMS documentation (e.g.: Process Flow, FMEA, CP, WI) to be relevance with current operation situation and align it with QM central and customer requirement.
- Ensuring PDCA cycle is completed for each item in QMS by consistent follow-up on the item.

**Others;**
- Takes on additional responsibility when required for team goals & assist process manager to meet team KPI.
- Support and participate improvement projects related to Quality, productivity and cost.
- Supporting follow-up of corrective and prevention action outlined from the conducted problem-solving session.
- Must effectively manage multiple projects and be capable of feasibility analyses in terms of cost, technical aspects, etc.
- Responsible to carry out any special project; new development assigned by immediate superior.
- Responsible to delivery 100% quality products to customers at all time.
- To ensure that employees working in production are aware of quality requirements.
- To make production employees responsible for managing their own quality standards.
- Promote a culture of quality.
- Training and guiding staff to improved processes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fresh Graduate
- At least 1 years’ experience in Compliance
- 1 years of compliance management experience but case-to-case basis depending on relevant working experience.
- Planning skills and organization skills to be able run and monitor the production process, e.g., Control Chart, Pareto Chart, etc.
- ICT literacy to deal with various technologies and programs and intermediate computer knowledge and usage in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, managers and clients;
- Ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
