**Responsibilities**:

- Financial Data Entry: Assist in accurately recording financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, expenses, and other relevant financial data into the accounting system.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Help with processing vendor invoices, preparing payment requests, and monitoring customer payments.
- Bank Reconciliations: Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Financial Analysis: Support the finance team in analyzing financial data, generating reports, and providing insights to aid in decision-making processes.
- Expense Tracking: Collaborate with team members to track and categorize company expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget guidelines.
- Assist with Month-end/Year-end Closing: Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, helping with necessary reconciliations and reporting tasks.
- Compliance and Auditing: Assist in ensuring financial records are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Support the auditing process as required.
- Data Integrity: Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information, exercising due diligence to prevent any data breaches or errors.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with other team members within the finance department and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.

**Duration and Compensation**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,300.00 per month
