Junior Videographer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise, plan, and execute video shoots to capture high-quality footage of our baby gear products, including strollers, car seats, baby carriers, and more.
- Edit and enhance video content to create visually appealing and attention-grabbing videos for use on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms, and also videos that can resonate with our target audiences.
- Produce short-form videos optimised for Instagram Reels and TikTok, adhering to the latest trends and audience preferences to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Craft compelling stories through video to showcase the features, benefits, and versatility of our baby gear products.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create video content that aligns with our marketing strategy.
- Maintain and take care of video equipment, ensuring everything is in proper working condition for shoots.
- Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency in terms of style, tone, and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging video trends, social media algorithms, and platform changes to adapt video strategies accordingly.
- Handle all aspects of post-production, including colour correction, sound editing, and adding graphics or animations.
- Optimise videos for different platforms, considering aspect ratios, video lengths, and platform-specific features.
- Receive feedback from the marketing team and stakeholders and incorporate necessary changes to improve video content quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor, preferably in the baby gear or related industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects) and knowledge of video compression and exporting.
- Demonstrated experience in creating engaging videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or other social media platforms.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey product features and benefits effectively through video content.
- Familiarity with the latest video trends, viral content, and social media best practices.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and attention to detail in video composition and editing.
- Understanding of the baby gear market and target audience preferences is a plus.
- Experience in photo editing software (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing past video projects and editing work is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and receive feedback from the team.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
