Rotate shift

1.Will have to carry out instruction and programmed as drawn out by maintenance executive / senior supervisor

2.Will ensure safe working environment at all times

3.Will have to attend to all repairs and breakdown as called for from time to time by superiors

4.Take care of electrical, plumbing and general maintenance of the club

(rectify/fixing electrical appliances, rectify/repair toiletries appliances,

Rectify/repair plumbing works, attend to general repair works)

5.Regular service and maintenance of the clubs air-conditions as per schedule

6.Morning shift to ensure : male / female locker boilers are in operation

: male / female locker aircon in operation

: water motor pump to main water tank is

in running condition

7.Afternoon shift to ensure : boilers, aircon system ( to male / female lockers are offed at schedule time ) water motor pump to shutdown on schedule time

8.As maintenance is an important dept under operation as per club operation hours from 7 am to 12 am, you might be called to do overtime on emergency cases ( optional ) or need to be on standby during events, club official functions and weddings by members or outsiders. In the case of overtime you should be able to compromise with your dept head or your immediate superior if there is and emergency call to you, to attend to any breakdown or emergency repair works.

9.Any other ad hoc jobs under this scope assign to you time to time by the hod / senior supervisor / general manager and the house & grounds committee.

10.The working hours stated in your monthly duty roster on rotate shift should be strictly followed. Any late coming ( frequently ) without prior notice or approval by your dept head / senior supervisor, in such cases you will be called by the hr dept for an inquiry / counseling and verbal warning.

11.Any emergency leave or medical leave on your working days you should inform you immediate superior at least 5 hours before you shift starts.

12.During overtime above 5 hours your are entitled for 1 hour of break, if you are leaving out of the club for your break you should inform the duty manager / reception or the security staff at main gate in order to call you if there is an emergency.
