**Requirements**:

- Ability to conduct live streaming
- SPM leaver are welcome to apply
- We will provide training for all necessary job skills
- Strong **Mandarin** (spoken AND written) and English
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Good listener
- Loves to help people, and to support them to learn and improve
- A strong focus on getting good results in the work that you do
- Patience
- Can quickly and effectively pick up new skills through training, and execute new skills in the right way

Responsibility
- Provide guidance to learners, support them in the correct use of the Kung Fu English system, and provide one-on-one consultation in Mandarin when needed.
- Lead and guide learners to maximize their learning outcomes.
- Act as English parents (not teachers) of Kung Fu English learners.
- Provide 1 on 1 oral English lessons with clients.
