**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for timetable checking to ensure all practical sessions are timetabled accurately to minimize disturbance to student learning experience.
- Responsible for preparation of teaching consumables to ensure all teaching consumables are ready prior to practical sessions.
- Dispensing of instrument, consumables and materials to the dental students as needed with a professional demeanor and update Teaching Consumable Checklist promptly.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure adequate supply of required tools and materials to dental students.
- Manage dispensary resources to reduce wastage.
- Ensure all equipment, instruments, tools and materials that are loaned to students are returned to dispensary in good working condition.
- Ensure all instruments are clean and well maintain.
- Ensure that dental students are strictly adhered to safe practice when they are in DSL and DTL.
- Ensure DSL, DTL and Dispensary Counter are clean and organize at all time.
- Ensure the First Aid Kit is checked on a regular basis and replenish whenever necessary. Update the First Aid Checklist promptly.
- To report the incident immediately according to internal and university incident reporting procedure.
- Perform daily tasks according to university and department standard procedures.
- To perform other tasks as required and assigned by immediate supervisor and Manager.

**Job Requirements**
- Min Certificate in Dental Surgery Assistant or Diploma in Nursing with dental background.
- At least 1-3 years’ work experience in dental laboratory with supervisory knowledge and skill.
- Able to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Computer literature is an advantage.
