Production Superintendent

Responsibilities : '¢ Monitoring and ensure the discipline and attendance of production staff are up to expectations. '¢ Plan to improve efficiency and quality to meet KPIs. '¢ Plan, run & review daily production operations. '¢ Ensure products are shipped on time and meet customers' expectations. '¢ Continuously drive cost reduction through process and quality improvement activities. '¢ Manage PM activities to ensure process/machine stability. '¢ Keep the plant equipment and facilities in good 5S and in tip-top conditions. '¢ Ensure meeting production schedule & quality specification. Requirements : '¢ Diploma/STPM with min. 3 years' experience in supervisory level. '¢ Able to plan, lead and coach employees. '¢ Good communication skills in English '¢ Willing to work on shift.
