SCOPE OF WORK: - Prepare tender document. - Greet and welcome all company visitors and manage all aspects of the front desk in a professional and polite manner. Answering all incoming telephone and direct to relevant staff/department. Update telephone list and distribute to all staffs as and when needed. - Arrange for the company documents and parcel delivery and collection during pick-up and arrival - Maintain cleanliness of reception and main entrance. - Coordinates the receipt, storage and issuance of stationery and office supplies; oversees periodic inventories and reorders items as required. - Acts as the first point of contact for internal facilities issues; including security and safety measures and logs all maintenance, cleaning and office/location services and refers related issues to the appropriate personnel. - Perform duties as assigned or needed on an ad-hoc basis Job Requirements: - Minimum SPM holders - At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Basic Computer Skills - Presentable and positive attitude - Good command and written of Bahasa Melayu and English. - Motivated and able to work independently or in a team. - Willing to learn, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills. - Good telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills - Own transport
