1. Manage a team of mechanical engineers, design parts, engines, tool, and other mechanical equipment and industrial processes. 2. Design, scopes, and develops new mechanical engineering initiatives and project, and manges them through their life cycles. 3. Establish programs to support training, process improvements and the creation and maintenance of best pratices and protocols. 4. Interfaes with other departments to identify new potential products and projects. Requirements: 1. Minimum 10 years working experience in Quartz Industry. 2. Able to shoulder work pressure in fast pave working environment. 3. Able to work various shift hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays. 4. Able to speak and read Mandarin as communicate required to the Customer and China machine supplier.
