Commercial Executive

Requirement: - Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Business or other equivalent qualifications with minimum 2 years of experience; Diploma with 3 years of experience. Job Description: 1. Care taker of all awarded business agreement or contract. 2. Manage and execute any commercial activities, tasks and assignments throughout the life of the contract. 3. Execute Contract Review (CR) meeting upon receipt of RFQ/RFP/ Business Agreement as detailed in QPM03-02 and ensure all procedures is adhered. 4. Execute Purchase Order (PO) Review meeting as detailed in QPM03-05 and ensure all procedures is adhered. 5. To coordinate / lead members of IPT or other dept. to ensure all requirements are to be followed strictly to the PO or contract. 6. Monitor and execute all contractual terms and conditions within business agreement and statement of work. 7. To cooperate with New Business section on new contract initiation task. 8. Review all business agreement documents and response accordingly. 9. Participate with Program Team in achieving program/project and company goals. 10. Promote positive attitude among peers. 11. Enforce the use of and compliance to company established procedures, policies, rules, regulations, health and safety policies within the department. 12. Internal/External liaison with Customer for all awarded program/project. 13. Build good rapport with customer and collaborative relationship with peers. 14. Maintain department records and database. 15. To support activities related to LEAN manufacturing activities (SMT, KAIZEN, 5S, CI and etc.) 16. Any other tasks assigned by HOS / HOD.
