**OBJECTIVE**:
Manage high-efficiency video production to create captivating content, using innovative editing techniques and AI tools to enhance Jolicare’s brand presence and establish a meaningful connection with our audience on social media and other platforms.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Creative Design and Branding**:

- Develop innovative design concepts for digital and print media, including the creation of brand identities and packaging designs for new brands under Airda Group.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align designs with Airda Group's brand identity and marketing strategies.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines.

**2. Visual Storytelling and Marketing Illustrations**:

- Create compelling graphics and layouts for social media, ads, websites, marketing materials, and online/offline marketplaces to engage our target audience effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to keep our visual content fresh and relevant.
- Work closely with content creators to integrate design and text, enhancing the overall impact of our messaging.

**3. Project Management and Brand Development**:

- Lead creative brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and strategies for visual storytelling and marketing illustrations.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure cohesive and effective design strategies across all channels.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of branding guides for new and existing brands.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience in graphic design**, focusing on digital marketing, brand visuals, and product packaging.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Photography skills are considered an added advantage.
- Local Malaysians only.
