**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the MAXIMO Consultant, offering expert advice on MAXIMO features, industry usage, and best practices to customers and the project team, which includes Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and Test Engineers.
- Take the lead in configuring and customizing MAXIMO to align with project requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts in gathering user requirements to define specific software needs.
- Work with the Interface Manager/Interface Engineer to collect interface requirements for software development.
- Propose software architecture, configurations, and customizations tailored to meet project requirements.
- Estimate software effort and develop a delivery schedule for software deployment.
- Oversee or contribute to the development and review of IBM MAXIMO-related documents, including plans, requirements, designs, and test documents.
- Mentor software engineers in MAXIMO configuration and customization techniques.
- Review MAXIMO configuration, customization, coding, and unit testing alongside software engineers.
- Be available to travel to customer sites to assist with on-site testing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Project Management certification (PMP), if available.
- A minimum of 6 years of software development experience in languages like C# or Java, having completed at least two full cycles of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong leadership qualities, a team-oriented mindset, and a proactive can-do attitude.
- At least 5 years of experience in IBM MAXIMO project implementation and customization, with certification being a requirement.
