Draughtman

**Duties And Responsibilities**

Your scope of work shall include the following:

- To verify order enquiry, shop drawings, work order, delivery order, production schedule etc. for all order given.
- To check the stock of material and hardware is correct before send the notification of the Purchase Order to the local retail sales team.
- To issue Job Docket to production after order confirmation and receipt of payment term.
- To liaise closely with Production Manager and the Planner on the order schedule and update all the relevant order completion date into Weekly Master Delivery Schedule.
- To make delivery booking confirmation with forwarder or liner.
- To review and monitor all order enquiry on the confirmed orders with respective departments involved and ensure no materials or production hiccup problems.
- To assist Sales Executive making small amendment or adjustment in the order form where applicable.
- To verify order tracking records in the Order Tracking List.
- To issue work order for finishing, CNC work & etc as well as distribute the work to the sub-contractor, procurement, accounts and store department.
- To prepare the shop drawings for order, corner samples and mock up using AutoCAD as requested by Sales & Marketing Manager.
- To maintain regular contact between the Draughtsman and Sales & Marketing department team to ensure all the information and product specification given are according the updated product specs and testing reports.
- To maintain regular contact PSE team and ensure all the shop drawings are supporting the PSE department to generate the BOM system.
- You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by department heads.

**Reports**

To prepare for the monthly reports as follow:
- KRA Report
- Key Customer Sales Order Analysis Reports
- Departmental Objective Evaluation Report
- Master Delivery Schedule

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
