Lawyer/paralegal

2. Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
3. To handle sub-sale document, loan (including company Loan) discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters.
4. Preparation of Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) (sub-sale).
5. To maintain and update file status on operation system.
6. Attend to daily lawyer works.
7. To handle loan documentation work from start to finish for financial institution.
8. To handle sale and purchase agreement from start to finish independently inclusive of e-adjudication form, e-consent, submission of RPGT declaration.

9. Committed, self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and to meet tight deadlines.

10. Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status report and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time;
11. Self-motivated, meticulous and have an analytical mind;
12. Positive attitude and responsible person

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
