Data Analyst Assistant

Assist in the collection, organization, and maintenance of datasets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Perform data entry tasks, such as updating databases, entering information into spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitoring a dashboard to ensure it's readily accessible to stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to staff members, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and take on new responsibilities as needed to support the needs of the organization.
- Ad Hoc tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Must be proficient in Excel or other spreadsheet software.
- Advantage if you have experience or knowledge using data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Looker Studio.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 1-12 months
**Salary**: From RM1,700.00 per month
