Requirements
- Diploma or Degree students in Business Admin or any relevant courses;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibility
- Making appointments, coordinating business schedules, itinerary, minutes of meeting, itinerary and general correspondence
- Responsible for assisting manager on the company's day-to-day administrative and operational matters.
- Processing documents, organizing invoices and receipts, and other related administrative jobs.
- Calculate Commission
- Respond to queries regarding a client enquiry.
- To handle correspondence with suppliers and authorities/3rd parties.
- Dispatching tasks to other units, when relevant;
- Handle of filing, keep records and assuring accurate documents filing
- To handle accounts receivables and account payables

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
