Showroom Assistant

Job Description:

- Greet and welcome all our showroom customers.
- assist in retail store display, scan items, ensure that prices are quantities are correct, and collect payments using cash register.
- balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales
- Maintain and upkeep showroom in a clean, tidy and presentable manner.
- Introduce and explain our product features to customers.
- Assist in preparing cash bill/ invoices and other relevant documents.
- Ensure good customer relationship with all our customers.
- Attend to and record any inquiry and complaints from the customer.
- Display/replenish our company products in the Showroom shelf to attract the customers.
- To work together with your superior and other staff for better quality of the work.
- Any other tasks as instructed by your supervisor or management from time to time.
