Join a market leader in chemical coatings as a Product Trainer, responsible to lead the training for both internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop fundamental training modules targeted to equip the commercial team and external business partners with product knowledge.
- Prepare training materials and collaterals to supplement training sessions.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar.
- 3-5 years of experience within the chemical coatings, construction, waterproofing, or similar industries.
- Has experience developing and conducting training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin and/or other local dialects would be an added advantage).
