Kuat Npi Integrator

The employee will be fully responsible for new product integration factory startup, including operation system and documentation readiness (process flow, specification, product build routing, Workstream, BOM, Speed etc).
- The NPI Integrator will co-lead factory product startup team (SST) that is cross-functional from all areas to plan all aspects required for transfer (eg. copy exactly CE, finger printing, matching, MOR, engineering build schedule, build plan, tool time, process), start up the product launch timelines with HVM performance, deliver product/ process CSI to assure product/ process stability and capability toward Transfer Cert is granted.
- The employee will work with Div/NPP for any communication, alignment, build plan commit and issue escalation.
- As needed, the employee will work with stakeholders to resolve product/ process readiness issues.
- Along the process, the employee will cover areas include, but not limited to, technique understanding of new product/ process, EE time forecast and assurance, schedule forecast and management, risk assessment and mitigations, IP/ IS awareness and control, and etc.

- Strong engineering fundamentals, solid knowledge in transfer/development methodology, self-driven, excellent systemic thinking and strong problem-solving skill are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required for interfacing with our business partners (TD, Div, VF).
- OSAT and Subcon knowledge expertise.
