Job Description Designation : Junior Landscape Designer

Report to : 1 Technical & Operation : Landscape Design Manager Duties & Responsibilities : Daily ( 9am-6pm)

Customer Relation:
1) Manage new enquiry from provided platform and social media.

2) Act as the first point contact for customer, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints

3) Build and maintain relationship with customer through effective communication and regular follow up

4) Sales Lead Report updated daily

5) Weekly Report on Customer Lead from Trengo or follow up

6) Average response time is max 3-5min each new customer

7) Follow up customer within 1-2 days only

8) Get customer feedback and review

Sales:
1) Sell and promote what is Konzept Garden Home Deco Sdn Bhd service and product to customer at showroom and website

Design and sales:
1) Prepare the sketch/design/ quotation base on enquiry from CS/ customer

2) Propose and sell product and include in the design.

3) Prepare design base on concept, idea and also the budget (cost)

4) Revise drawing and quotation if needed

5) Continue follow up customer to update the quotation

Site meeting / site visit:
1) After deposit payment, sales designer need to go and measure the site

2) Meeting with customer to finalize the item and proposal base on design and quotation

3) If needed, the designer need to discuss with other party which is ID contractor, main contractor, architect and engineer

4) Make sure all the info for landscape item proposed is clear such as technical part, material and so on

5) If needed, designer have to revise back drawing and quotation.

After close order:
1) Issue sales order, and prepare the item checklist for every item that have been propose in design before installation

2) Discuss with site supervisor or other stakeholders on drawings and details

3) Brief to supervisor and installer for drawing and arrangement base on design

4) Update customer for installation date and complete

5) Go and check nursery for choose a good and health planting

6) Go and check material and item with supplier for hardscape item such as stone, tiles and so on

7) Make sure all item complete before installation date

8) Go and check at site during progress work

9) Inform client if there is any changes item and planning

10) Just in cases, designer also are need to bring people/installer to site to help operation

After complete job:
1) Update customer for installation site completion

2) Get approval and result from customer for landscape work

3) Follow up and collect balance payment after job complete on the same day at site 4) Request to customer feedback or comment to our social media

Sales & Account:
1) Monthly sales & collection for each individual is RM 20,000 mininum and achieve total group target

2) Ensure ALL signed quotation by customer pass to Account Department for record keeping purposes

3) Ensure ALL receipts, invoices submitted to Account Department on the same day of the transaction

4) Ensure ALL payment collected (cash/cheques) from customers pass to Account Department on the same day

Miscellaneous Duties:
1) Communicate with customers regarding products and services

2) Handle ALL sensitive information with confidentiality

5) Maintain a clean workplace

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:
