Kami mencari calon-calon bagi mengisi jawatan sebagai Pembantu Klinik

**Skop kerja:

- **
- Melakukan konsultasi awal yang jelas dan komprehensif dengan pesakit sebelum menjalani rawatan, menjelaskan proses rawatan (sebelum, semasa dan selepas), penggunaan ubat, dan kesan sampingan yang mungkin berlaku.
- Sentiasa mengikuti perkembangan terkini dalam prosedur perubatan, rawatan, dan peraturan untuk memberikan maklumat yang tepat kepada pesakit.
- Membantu doktor dalam prosedur klinikal, memastikan pematuhan kepada Prosedur Operasi Standard (SOP) dan prosedur klinik.
- Melaksanakan tugas pentadbiran seperti pengurusan inventori, pengaturan rekod perubatan pesakit, dan menjaga kebersihan klinik.
- Memastikan pematuhan terhadap semua peraturan kesihatan dan keselamatan yang relevan.
- Bekerjasama dengan pihak profesional kesihatan yang lain untuk memberikan penjagaan pesakit yang menyeluruh.
- Menjaga kerahsiaan dan privasi maklumat pesakit.
- Memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang luar biasa dan menangani pertanyaan serta kebimbangan pesakit dengan berkesan.
- Menyumbang kepada kecekapan dan keberkesanan keseluruhan operasi klinik
- Menyumbang kepada kandungan kreatif di media sosial

- Terbuka kepada yang tiada pengalaman
- Pengalaman dalam bidang kesihatan adalah satu kelebihan
- Boleh bekerja mengikut syif, kerja syif malam dan pada hari cuti umum
- Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri adalah satu kelebihan

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
