**Responsibilities**:

- To maintain and inspect all receipts, records, and withdrawals of stock from the stockroom
- To inspect on stock discrepancies or damages; report to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- To receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Daily update receiving and withdrawing stocks into system and submit documents to superior
- To manage stock packing, pricing, labeling, delivery and moving of stocks for all deliveries; ensure that deliveries and issuance are accurate and timely.
- To ensure the store in always in the safe, organized and hygiene condition.
- Weekly stock and inventory monitoring to avoid expiration
- Ensure the stock is stored in the designated space provided
- Any other duties as assigned by the respective superior
- Provide general admin support
- To safely transport goods to the intended destination for urgent deliveries
- Obtain signatures to confirm and complete deliveries

**Requirements**:

- Minimum two (2) years working experience in storekeeping, inventory control or related field for this position.
- Good organizational skill, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Reliable, responsible and punctual are a must in this company
- Full time position
- Must have own transport

**Experience**:

- Administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- SQL accounting software: 1 year (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Bahasa (required)

**Salary**: Up to RM2,200.00 per month
