1. To ensure every project is well executed and delivered on required time.
2. Ability to produce high standard layout drawing, detailed drawing, 3D perspectives, rendering and post-renders.
3. Planning and assisting project on-site including provide methods/solutions to sub-contractor to produce similar design as proposed 3D renderings.
4. Able to work as a team and well coordinate with on-site supervisor.
5. Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

**; Requirements**: - 1. Positive personalities
3. At least 2 years on-site working experience
4. Able to communicate well with other individual (site team and sub-contractors)

**5. Basic software skills**: Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop and 3D Max

**6. Basic languages**: English, Malay and mandarin
7. Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking and flexibility
8. Able to start work immediately
9. Aware of construction field nature of work, embrace and show passion at work
10. High emotional management and focus on work execution and deliverance
