Quality Surveyor

Responsible in assisting Site Manager in monitoring.
- To carry out the contract in order for it to be executed within the cost and budget approved.
- Perform work quality surveyor.
- To carry-out task in preparing the tender document for the tender exercise.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
- Responsible in coordination of work and make sure site works carry out accordingly to contract specification and schedule.
- Responsible in prepare work progress report, documentation, photo and update site issue and reporting to management.
- To undertake the task to process the variations orders with a complete documents and to be part of the negotiation team for a negotiation session with the Contractors for assessing the V.O works
- Maintain safety in site/workplace.
- Perform any other project duties as assigned by the superior.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Required skill(s): MS Office / Words
- Construction / Interior design experienced is advantageous
- Female / Male
- Aged 20-35
- Experience in construction field for at least 2 years and above
- 1 Full-Time position available
- Must be willing to travel to different places according to projects
- Must able to speak English, Malay
- Resourceful team player and able to work independently
- Able to work in challenging and face pace environments
- Able to start work immediately or short notice would be an advantage.
- A valid driver's license
- Able to work on Monday-Saturday

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
