Description

1. Internal Report
- Weekly highlights (MANCOM)
- Monthly Refinery Scorecard
- Monthly Refinery Performance Report
- Monthly Margin Improvement (MI) Monitoring (backup LP Modeler)
- Monthly KPI Stewardship
- Monthly RSA package
- Quarterly Business Performance Stewardship Package
- Annual P&B package
- Annual OTO package

2. External Report:

- Monthly Export Survey for Department of Statistics
- Monthly Manufacturing Survey for Department of Statistics
- Monthly Price Producer Survey for Department of Statistics
- Capital (Capex) Budget Coordinator
- Responsible for Refinery Business Plan Capital Project Planning & Budgeting and monthly tracking in the scorecard.
- Coordinate and screen AACE (Application for Authority for Capital Expenditure) for Refinery capital projects. Work closely with the Project Development Leaders and Project Execution Leaders to finalize AACE/BISI prior to submission to BPAD.
- Interface with BPAD (Business Planning and Development Department) in KL for AACE/BISI submission and approval.
- Responsible for timely budget entry into SAP once AACE are approved to allow budget appropriation.
- Responsible for creation of new financial year capital budget structure in SAP.
- Responsible to prepare memo for capital budget extension in every year end.
- Coordinate monthly Capex meeting.

**Qualification**
- Degree in chemical engineering
- At least 5 years working experiences in Business Analysis
- Strong analytical skills
- Good understanding & knowledge of work interfaces among Refinery & Supply operation
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines to resolve issues/problems
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision & at odd hours/days
- Ability to work with others, and third-party

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
